How to prevent obesity?

Generally people who are sedentary or make office work are more prone to obesity risk.
To prevent the risk of obesity they need to practice at least one sport regularly. Below there is a list of recomanded activities
  • Daily walking at least 30 minutes
  • Jogging 10-15 minutes
  • Cycling at least two times per week
  • Riding a roller at least two times per week
  • Enroll at a course of dance and practice at least two times per week
  • Sign up at a Karate Club and practice at least two times per week
